Cooking method:
Prepare our sprouted health mix in two ways:
Method 1: Take 2-3 scoop(serve 1 person) of the health mix in a bowl add boiled water and stir well to avoid lumps close with lid and wait for 2-3 min.
Serve with milk:
Now add warm milk and jaggery as per your taste and serve.
Serve with butter milk:
Follow step one and wait until its cool down then add buttermilk and salt as per your taste and serve.
